Words are made of letters/symbols/ pictures that we have to visualize their appearance to write/carve them on paper/wood/stone. “Word” which is close to “wood” only differing by the letter “R” which comes from the Phoenician“Res”/Hebrew “ר; Resh” which is a symbol for “the head”, therefore “word” is “the wood of the head”. This is why most mythologies state that the universe was created through the “word/logos” (vibration; frequency), making existence the creators imagination (image-nation). This makes me think about people that can’t pronouce the R sound some replacing it with the L or W sound, they might attempt to say “word” but it may sound like “would”.
Let us now get more understanding of the letter “A; a”. Mentioned earlier the capital “A” is the masculine symbol called the blade “∆” (pyramid), the alchemical symbol of fire, which is why it is called a “pyra-mid”, pyra=fire and mid=middle, together they mean “fire in the middle”. The “A” is also the air symbol in alchemy “image below”, which is why when babies are born and take their first breath they cry or make the “Ah” sound. Also, in the Bible when God created man he “breathed into his nostrils the breath of life” and in Norse myth when Odin and his two brothers made the first humans, out of the logs of an ash and elm tree that drifted ashore after the creation of Midgard, Ask (Male, Old Norse Askr, “ash tree”) and Embla (Old Norse Embla, “Water Pot”), Odin gave them önd (breath/spirit,mind/soul).
Remember that the letters “A” and “E” evolved from the same letter, so the lower case “a” is an upside down “e”. The letter “Æ; æ” is called ash from the Germanic rune “; Ansuz” is named after the Norse gods the Æsir and is a symbol for both ash tree and God (Odin). The Norse word “Æsir” comes from the Proto-Germanic “Ansu-; Ansuz”, “spirit”, which is believed to come from Proto-Indo-European “hénsus” meaning “life force” which is connected to the Sanskrit ásu, “life force”, which is the beginning of the the word ásura, “demon; earth spirit”. Ansu- gives us the word “ahura” meaning “godhood” in Avestan the language of the Zoroastrian scriptures and is part of the name of their creator god Ahura Mazda. Æsir is the plural form of “Áss; Óss” like Ásgarðr and Oðin is called “The Ás”. Like the Wizard of OZ? Hénsus is related to hens- “to engender” coming from the Hittite hass- “to procreate, give birth” and Tocharian B ās-“to produce”.
This relates to the sacred name of god in the bible known as the Tetragrammaton, יהוה/YHVH/Yahweh/Jehova. In the Hebrew Sepher Yetzirah, Wynn Westcott English translation, it states;
“He (God) selected three letters from among the simple ones and sealed them and formed them into a Great Name, I H V, and with this He sealed the universe in six directions.” -Chapter 1 Section 11
“Here follow he permutations of the name IHV, which is the Tetragrammaton–Jehovah, without the second or final Heh: IHV is a Trigrammaton,… HVI is the imperative form of the verb to be, meaning be thou; HIV is the infinitive; and VIH is future. “יה (Yah) or יהו (yahu). Both yah and yahu are two different forms of the tetragrammaton יהוה (YHWH), the name of God. The root of YHWH as well as Yah and Yahu is היה literally meaning “to breath”.”

Both YHWH and Odin are said to have gave breath, or spirit, to life. This is an interesting observation as Jewish people hold the name YHVH as to sacred to be spoken, so they replace it withe another name, Adonai. Adonai is the plural form of Adon, meaning Lord in Hebrew. This is why the English Translators of the Bible used the word LORD in place for YHVH. The word Adon is almost the same as Gods’ names from other myths. Such as the Norse Odin, Egyptian Aten, Welsh Dôn, Irish Danu/Anu(Anann/Anand), Greek Ouranos(Uranus)/Oceanus/ Adonis/Caeneus, Roman Janus/Caelus, Mesopotamian/Babylonian/ Sumerian An(Anu)/Oannes(Oan/ Uanna/U-An)/Ea(Enki), Vedic/Hindu Dyaus/Varuna/Danu. All gods of the sky, heaven, or water/rain/rivers/ depths, and may link to how the Bible describes “the waters above and the waters below” as the Great Flood in Genesis mentions God opening the “Windows of Heaven” to let the waters above flow in.
